Cancelling Orders

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch; however, this is not guaranteed. 

  • If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible via email
  • Where cancellation is successful before dispatch, a full refund will be issued
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled but may be returned in line with our Returns & Refund Policy

Where We Ship

  • We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
    • All products are shipped and cannot be collected in person

 Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday).
    • During busy periods, processing times may be slightly extended
    • Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are processed the next working day

Delivery

  • Next Day Tracked Delivery: £7.99
  • Standard Delivery: £4.99 on orders under £50
  • Complimentary Standard Delivery: On orders over £50

Each order is carefully prepared and dispatched using trusted courier services. While delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location, we always aim to ensure your order arrives promptly and securely.

 Tracking Your Order

  • All orders are sent with tracking.
  • You will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
  • Please allow time for tracking updates to become active.

 Delivery Information

  • We work with reliable tracked couriers to ensure your order arrives safely. 
  • Please make sure:
    • Your address is correct at checkout.
    • Someone is available to receive the parcel, or a safe place is available.
  • If your parcel is marked as delivered:
    • Please check with household members, neighbours, or safe places first.
    • If needed, we will do our best to assist in investigating with the courier.

 Incorrect Shipping Information

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all delivery details are correct at checkout.
  • We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect address details provided by the customer, although we will do our best to assist.

Damaged Deliveries

  • If your parcel arrives damaged:

    • Contact us as soon as possible.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery option.
  • We may offer free delivery promotions from time to time
