Placing an Order

Our Products

We only sell authentic products sourced from trusted suppliers and industry partners.

We aim to provide accurate product information; however, descriptions may occasionally contain minor errors.

Colours, fragrances and sizes may vary slightly due to lighting conditions, screen settings and manufacturing variations.

Product Packaging & Condition

Many products, particularly perfumes and aftershaves, are supplied in sealed retail packaging, often wrapped in cellophane.

Outer packaging may occasionally show minor cosmetic imperfections, such as light creasing or scuffing, due to handling and transportation. These do not affect the product itself and are not considered faults.

Returns will not be accepted for minor packaging imperfections.

If your item arrives with significant damage affecting the product, please notify us as soon as possible.

Product Storage

Customers are responsible for using and storing products in accordance with any instructions provided.

We are not responsible for issues resulting from improper use, handling or storage of products.

Product Use
