Zibella Cosmetics is a UK-based independent online retailer offering cosmetics, perfumes, aftershaves, and beauty products

Placing an Order

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
  • Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance until the item has been dispatched.
  • We may refuse or cancel orders where we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or a breach of these terms.
  • Verification checks may be carried out before processing orders.

Pricing, Payment & Promotions 

    • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
    • Payment is taken at checkout.
    • In rare cases of pricing errors, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

      Promotions & Discounts 
    • Promotional codes, discounts, and offers (“Promotions”) are subject to availability and valid only for the time period specified.
    • Promotions must be applied at checkout where applicable and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, or combined with other offers unless stated otherwise.
    • Promotions are limited to eligible customers and intended for fair and reasonable use.

    Zibella Cosmetics reserves the right to determine eligibility for Promotions using a combination of information including, but not limited to, name, delivery address, billing address, email address, payment details, device information, and order history.

    We reserve the right to verify eligibility and to refuse, cancel, or amend any order where a Promotion is applied incorrectly, is invalid, or where we reasonably suspect misuse, abuse, or activity intended to circumvent the purpose of the Promotion.

    Where misuse is identified, we may withdraw the Promotion, cancel orders, and/or restrict future access to Promotions or services.

    Our Products

    • We only sell 100% authentic products.
    • We aim to provide accurate product information; however, descriptions may occasionally contain minor errors.
    • Colours, fragrances, and sizes may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and production variations.

    Product Packaging & Condition

    • Many products, particularly perfumes and aftershaves, are supplied in sealed retail packaging (often wrapped in cellophane).
    • Outer packaging may occasionally show minor cosmetic imperfections (such as light creasing or scuffing) due to handling and transportation.
    • These do not affect the product and are not considered faults.
    • Returns will not be accepted for minor packaging imperfections.
    • If your item arrives with significant damage affecting the product, please notify us as soon as possible.

    Product Storage

    • Customers are responsible for using and storing products in accordance with any instructions provided.
    •  We are not responsible for issues caused by improper use or storage.

    Product Use

    • Please check ingredients before use.
    • Customers are responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring product suitability.
    • A patch test is recommended where appropriate.
    • Individual results may vary, and we do not guarantee specific results.
    • We are not responsible for adverse reactions where ingredient information has not been reviewed.

    Returns

    Our Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases.

    Liability

    • We always aim to provide the best possible service.
    •  To the extent permitted by law:
      • Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
      • Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
